SUMMARY OF OUR PURCHASE TERMS
You must be 18 years or older to place an order, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
- By placing an order, you agree to our privacy policy regarding how we store and handle your personal information.
- All orders are legally binding. Any attempt at fraud or submitting false orders will be reported to the relevant authorities.
- UK consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receipt. Return postage is at the customer’s expense. If the product’s value has decreased, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount before refunding within 14 days.
- The right to cancel does not apply to bespoke or personalised products, or to business orders.
- If you receive a damaged item, we will either send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund. We will cover all postage costs in such cases.
- All goods are covered by statutory rights under UK consumer law, meaning they must meet reasonable expectations for normal use.
- We cannot be held responsible for typographical errors, stock discrepancies, or colour differences due to monitor settings.
FULL TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Definitions
1.1. Terms of Service: These terms.
1.2. SignOnline International: The seller, registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office under number 556873-3462.
1.3. Website: The website operated by SignOnline International, www.signonline.co.uk, including all subdomains.
1.4. Customer: Any individual or business placing an order with SignOnline International or registering on the Website.
1.5. Agreement: Any contract between SignOnline International and the Customer, of which these Terms form an integral part.
1.6. Terms of Service: These terms as set out herein.
2. Applicability
2.1. These Terms apply to all offers, sales, and deliveries unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
2.2. Any additional or conflicting terms submitted by the Customer shall only apply if expressly accepted in writing by SignOnline International.
2.3. If specific terms apply to certain products or services alongside these Terms, the clause most favourable to the Customer shall take precedence in the event of a conflict.
3. Formation of Agreement
3.1. A binding contract is formed once the Customer accepts the offer and satisfies all applicable conditions.
3.2. If the offer is accepted electronically, SignOnline International will confirm receipt promptly. Until such confirmation is received, the Customer may cancel the order.
3.3. If incorrect information is submitted, SignOnline International may delay fulfilment until accurate details are provided.
3.4. SignOnline International reserves the right to conduct credit checks and to refuse or condition orders based on legitimate concerns.
4. Pricing and Delivery
4.1. All prices include VAT and applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
4.2. Delivery charges are displayed at checkout. A fee of £29.90 will apply to unclaimed parcels or those returned due to incomplete or incorrect address details.
4.3. While we strive to maintain accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all website content is completely current or error-free.
4.4. We are not responsible for colour variations caused by screen settings or device displays.
5. Payment
5.1. Payment must be made using one of the available methods at checkout. Payment options may change over time. For pay-later options, payment must be made within 14 days of delivery.
6. Order Fulfilment
6.1. Once your order has been received, we aim to dispatch your items within 3 working days.
6.2. We may use third-party partners to assist with the fulfilment and delivery of your order.
6.3. If a significant delivery delay occurs, we will contact you. You may accept a new delivery date or cancel the order at no cost.
6.4. Please inspect your order upon arrival and inform us promptly of any issues.
6.5. Risk transfers to the Customer upon delivery. For in-store collection, risk transfers at the point of handover.
6.6. If the ordered item is no longer available, a comparable alternative may be supplied. You retain the right to cancel and return it free of charge.
7. Right to Cancel
7.1. UK customers may cancel their order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. Exceptions apply to custom-made goods and orders placed by businesses.
7.2. The cancellation period starts the day after you (or someone authorised by you, other than the courier) receive the goods, or:
for multiple items in one order: when the final item is received;
for deliveries in parts: when the final instalment is received;
for recurring deliveries: when the first item is received.
7.3. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Original delivery costs are not refundable.
7.4. You may open the package and examine the item as you would in a shop. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
7.5. If the product is used beyond what is necessary to evaluate it, a deduction for loss of value may apply.
7.6. To cancel, email info@signonline.co.uk. You then have 14 days to return the goods to:

7.8. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of cancellation using the same payment method originally used.
8. Complaints
8.1. If you wish to make a complaint, please email us using the contact details provided above.
8.2. We will respond within 3 working days. If a full reply cannot be provided within this time, we will confirm receipt and advise when a full response can be expected.

9. Personal Data
9.1. SignOnline International processes personal data in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be accessed via the footer of this website.
10. Miscellaneous
10.1. These Terms are governed by Swedish law.
10.2. Unless otherwise required by law, disputes shall be submitted to a competent court in Sweden, where SignOnline International is based.
10.3. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining sections shall remain fully enforceable. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid one that best reflects the original intention.
10.4. “Written” also includes email correspondence, provided the sender’s identity and the message’s integrity can be verified.
