Shipping and Delivery

Production and Dispatch Time
Most of our products are produced and dispatched within two working days from the time your order is placed. Once dispatched, please allow some additional days for the carrier to complete the delivery.

Shipping Methods
We use Royal Mail for smaller items and for parcel deliveries. They offer reliable delivery across the United Kingdom and provide tracking information.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

Shipping Origin and VAT Information
All orders are shipped from Sweden. However, we are fully VAT-registered with HMRC under the VAT number GB491482371. This means we handle all VAT payments on your behalf.
You won’t incur any additional import charges, handling fees, or VAT at the time of delivery—everything is included in the price you pay at checkout.
